Welcome to my practice. I offer Telehealth psychotherapy Services to adults, age 18 years and older, located in Washington State.

I am currently only providing Telehealth appointments. Sessions are provided via Zoom platform.

I offer a free 20 minute phone or video consultation for potential new clients where we will discuss your goals, my therapeutic approach and determine if we are a good fit to work together. A link to Intake and Disclosure Forms will be emailed to you once we decide to work together. I use a secure software platform called Simple Practice where payment cards can be processed.

Fees

Appointments are either 50 minutes or 80 minutes long and are billed at the following rates

• First session $225.00
• Individuals, 50 minutes $185/hr
• Lifespan Integration: 80 minutes $265.00

I have limited sliding scale sessions available, based on gross income:
Annual Gross Income Rate

• $65,000 + $185/hr
• $45,000 – $65,000 $155/hr
• $0– 45,000 $125/hr

Insurance and Payment

I am contracted and considered in network with: All Kaiser Plans, Premera First including the following networks: Global, Heritage, Heritage Prime, Individual Signature, LifeWise Assurance Co., LifeWise Health Plan of WA Preferred, and LifeWise Primary.

If you are using insurance, I will submit claims for our sessions. You will need to contact your insurance company to confirm your co-payment or co-insurance amount, which is due at time of service. Also, if your deductible has not been met you are responsible for paying in full the allowable amount for mental health counseling. If you have insurance not listed above, I would be considered an out of network provider. Payment is due at the end of our session and I will charge your card on file. I can provide you with a receipt to be submitted for possible reimbursement. Most insurance plans reimburse my fees 50-100%.
