My psychotherapy practice helps people close the gap between where they are now and where they want to be. Using a blend of systemic, humanistic, mindfulness, focusing oriented therapy and Lifespan Integration modalities, and emphasizing a body-centered approach, I help clients access lasting change that makes a difference.
